We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, with at least 4 years of experience in Java or C#. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of software tools and systems that support our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reliable and scalable software systems
• Create high-quality code that is easy to maintain, reusable and well-documented
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop key features and functionalities

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
